3. Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care to both outpatients and inpatients.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses, administer evidence-based treatments, and coordinate continuous patient follow-ups.
- Conduct routine ward rounds, manage emergency calls, and oversee daily medical service operations.
- Collaborate closely with clinical consultants, specialized dentists, and the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Review and interpret diagnostic laboratory panels, X-rays, and multi-specialist diagnostic scans.
- Maintain accurate, structured, and legally compliant medical history records for all patients.
4. Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or a recognized equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid and current practicing license registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Experience: Minimum of a post-housemanship clinical background. Candidates with 5 years of Post-NYSC clinical experience are highly welcome to apply.
- Competencies: Strong emergency response instincts, sound clinical judgment, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Work Style: Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced hospital ecosystem while displaying empathy toward patients.
